Hi!

Making games has been my hobby since I was a kid. I’m one of many game developers who love to start game projects but rarely finishes one.

For instance I was developing a Point & Click adventure game in 2016 with a friend. We blogged about it on http://www.groebelsloot.com/. Those were great times, but as with many of my projects, we never finished a game. But the blog helped other people developing adventures games, so that’s great.

As a full time software engineer with a family, my spare time is limited, but when I have the time I’d love to spend it on game development. Designing games, reading about it, tinkering with it, playing other indie games.

Sometimes I finish a game for my kids or my family, and I might even publish a game on this website, or on the Google Playstore.

My game Claude, based on the card game SET, has been published to the Google Playstore. It’s a free and ad-free game. Nothing fancy, but it is a finished product!

For a list of my fnished and released games, go the the Games section on this website.

The tools I used to create games have changed over the years. Starting with Basic as kid I later worked with Pascal with inline assembly, C/C++, Java, Flash, Objective-C, Haxe and recently started with Unity.

Working with Unity allows for quick prototyping and easy publising for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. I’m having fun with it!

This website is used for releasing my finished games and it’s a home for the (required) privacy policy when releasing to an app store.
